Gen Z is used to utilizing digital spaces to accurately represent their values and personality. Think Notion and Arc Browser

Convenience

Ease of instant access to information has made it a default for product information to be user accessible.

Faster feedback loops

Interactions today are delivered in bite-sized bits (ie. short-form videos), leaving Gen Z inclined to explore products with shorter feedback loops.
